Growing up in Mexico City, Adriana was deeply influenced by her parents, who ran a restaurant for many years. Her mother passed down not only her treasured recipes, but also her passion for cooking with love and care.

Carrying that legacy forward, Adriana founded El Zócalo in 2023 with a commitment to preserving the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine—especially the dishes that represent the vibrant spirit of Mexico City.
